RECEPTION HOURS

The reception is open daily from 7.30 a.m. till late at the evening in order to offer their best services and their best hospitality!
Check in is available from 14.00 until 20.00. [in case you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage at the reception area].
Check out is available from 8.00 until 12.00 am. [in case you wish to stay longer you have to communicate with the reception and check if it is possible. If it is, there is an extra charge (50% of the room’s price) for this service].

Children policy
All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib.
There is no capacity for an extra bed in the room.
The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1(one).
Pets policy
Only small pets are allowed in the hotel area and only
on request.

“MADARES” RESTAURANT
A traditional restaurant with authentic cretan recipes is located in the ground floor of the hotel.
Every day breakfast and full meals are served, made with organic and high quality cooking ingredients. A big variety of fresh fish and seafood is also available.
